| Cancellation fee: |
Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification (via e-mail, fax, or letter) to the effect as follows, in which case the registration fees will be refunded after the Congress.
- Cancellation made before 31 July, 2008: 5,000 yen plus bank handling charge
- Cancellation made after 1 August, 2008: No refund |

* Presenting authors for poster session, symposium and workshop must register themselves by May 22, 2008.
*Registered authors can submit a single full paper of 3 pages in length per person. Full paper submission is not compulsory. |
